For Linens & Homewares

We Promise a 14 day money back guarantee for linens & homewares purchased online.

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any linen or homeware product purchased online, please return it to us in original condition, unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

Beds & Mattresses

Beds & Mattresses purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged except at the absolute discretion of McKenzie & Willis. We do however offer a 30 Day Sleep Guarantee which will be handled on a case by case basis in accordance with the terms & conditions.

Furniture and other large items

Furniture items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged except at the absolute discretion of McKenzie & Willis. If you have any concerns with your purchase or would like more information regarding returning furniture and other large items please contact us on enquiry@mcw.nz

To Return Linen & Homewares

Please affix postage to your package and send it to the address shown on your invoice. Please contact us on either 0800 888 999 or enquiry@mcw.nz prior to returning the goods.

Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (i.e. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard delivery rate.

To ensure that best possible fulfilment on your reorder, we recommend that you call us to reserve the styles you require. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to discuss payment options with you and they will advise on delivery time frames. If you do reserve your reorder over the phone, then please do not submit a completed reorder form with your return, as duplicate orders may be inadvertently placed.

Remember: returned articles are insured by us against damage or loss.
